How can I be a mod?

I want to be a mod so I can flex my mod status at bars and on my tinder profile . I bet mods get tons of punnanie bragging to bishes about being mod

By not having a 2022 account or even an alt. Sub 2010 is preferred but cutoff seems to be below 2015.

Living your life reviewing posts,developing a power trip, refereeing adult men arguing and playing God. Probably have to dedicate 5 hours a day or something as well. I forgot who, but someone made a thread AMA awhile back about becoming and being a mod and just the time required to devote to it was off putting. You literally have to work your "shift".
