If my end of things is 33k a month. It means the company as a whole will be doing 612k a year in business (net profit). That’s before scaling. (The 15k a month from repairs isn’t being doubled but the replacement net is). *I’m only taking half of the replacements after expenses.*
When you go to sell a company you can use somewhere between a 5x-8x multiplier on that number to generate an evaluation. Because it’s a subscription model where customer acquisition isn’t required I can use 8x.
I’m not giving equity away despite going 50/50 with this other dude. I’m just paying him half. The 3rd guy will just be a wagie paid out of the other guys share.
So anyways that puts the companies value at 4.9M
Once it scales that number just increases.
What incentive do I have to switch again?

For your own sake don't do it because you love competition and attaching your ego/identity to the idea that you're a 'winner' - it will cost you in the long run.
Just do what you're gonna do for yourself and the customers - from the sounds of it, the customer will reap the rewards of your efforts.

Congrats on the success, not many people have the drive to expand and grow like that. Dealerships usually make a ton from warranty plans so its a good idea to capitalise on getting some of that bread from outsourcing.

OP is a liar and a cheat. Do not listen to anything he says. I saw him the other night forkin a steak hard alone in the diner. He was wearing some oversized cargo shorts and a tap-out T-shirt. He had some long curly hair, looking like a complete incel (you know the type). I walked up to him and ask him what his deal was, found out he was a miscer. Truth is, he's never been to a gym in his life. He probably had 12.5" arms (srs). He was no taller than 5'3" (srs as well). Anyway, I can confirm he is a lying sack of chit.

The dealerships are a great idea to get business but you really need to have a standalone auto glass place as well. I don't accept any estimates from dealerships because, as you know, they just pay the auto glass people and tack a 150% charge on top of that to the customer. You might consider reaching out to local municipalities and even your state's tort claims dept letting them know you're willing to accept direct billing because a surprising number of glass shops don't. Most people have no idea how common it is that mowers on the side of the road bust out windows/windshields and that gov't agencies pay 99% of those claims.
Good luck OP

Have you gotten into the business of paying homeless/hood peeps to go around bashing user car windows yet? That will increase profits 10-fold

The average salary is 54k/year with 40hr/week. I want to get to 100k and 40/hr/week. That would be awesome.

Why.....you about to leave Wendy's and sell out and move up to the big leagues........Applebee's?
Edit: After actually reading the Op..........What you don't realize is that there really is no barrier to entry in your business. I give you 6 months before one of the commercial companies offers to buy you out/off or someone comes in and steals your customers, undercutting your price, making themselves more available or offering another service in conjunction with what you're doing.
Corporate owned businesses and dealerships dont have a chit about you or your personality....they are only focused on the bottom line and in a business where there is nothing stopping some other schmuck from buying the same materials you do and doing the same thing you do but doing it for $1 less, there is no future/security.
That's just my cynical take....Good luck bud.
