I dont think its possible to know, although if the us/uk intel agencies actually have figures (published figures not just 1 guy saying it), then id be more inclined to believing them.

Its obvious both the ukrainians and russians are fudging their numbers as they see fit.


But even nato intel with all its funding and resources can only estimate the figures of casualties for either side, so really it’s impossible to know with any good certainty what the casualties really are here.

But there’s also the part where invaders generally take far higher losses than the defenders - except when the US decides to clean house.

I’m just waiting for the explanation that would detail how an invading force that apparently manages a 5:1 K/D both on offense and defense is still messing and getting routed around in the neighbourhood 7 months after launching an invasion. Preceded by almost a full year of build up.

I believe they are well beyond 5:1. Possibly 7 to 10-1. With 15-20k Russian forces kia 3-5k or so Russian proper.

I'm not saying that to be sensationalist or offensive either. I believe if folks like you knew the truth you wouldn't be for it. No one should besides a sadist.

Ukraine cannot break Russian firing lines. They have not done so a single time. Ukraine dug in since 2014 in complex fortified bunkers and garrisons. Now the are dug in by hand. Every inch is taken by artillery and Ukraine just keeps sending them to die. They have nothing to respond with, they have to take it.
