The Moore films for me weren't that great compared to Connery, Brosnan & the Lazenby one & he wasn't much of an actor. But to me he personifies what Bond should be-Upper Class English, suave, glib, funny, immaculately dressed/presented etc. Moonraker, Octopussy & View were pretty bad films-but his humour carried them.

all three are nearly very good films, but just go overboard. Bit like Top Gun maverick, which I wanted to like but it just has everything turned up to 11 the whole time. Less can be Moore.

He can't be awesome bond if he is having sex with dudes.
He is legit gay, and a bad actor. Wish I could forget how bad his movies are.

rest of Craig some sci fi elements maybe

so basically pre GE the majority of Bond films had little to no sci fi and as usual, you have no clue what you are talking about
I meant to say "A big thing" not "big this".

Anyway, "near future science fiction" means something that we can maybe do right now or in a few years.

For instance, having a remote control car you operate with your phone, is near future science fiction. You have a laser in a watch, is an example.

Q typically shows things that could be made but they haven't been yet.

So, Bond is a character with near future science fiction gear.

A variety of the stories featured science fiction elements, as I mentioned.

The craig movies are boring because there's nothing fascinating and larger than life going on. A good Bond movie has some perverse high stakes situation going on that makes the viewer react in an, Oh wow, manner.

The fanciest thing in the gay caig movies was using a defibrillator on himself no less, because he's fukin retarded or sitting in that chair with no bottom on it. Everything else was contemporary.

His movies were more like Jason Borne movies than Bond.

The Tom Cruise Mission Impossible films are the best Bond movies but aren't Bond.

Many Bond films have the jewish humor added to make it less dramatic and Mission Impossible totally avoids it.

They are the most high quality in my opinion.

lol @ Lazenby being a good Bond, his movie looked like a student film and is unwatchable.

lol @ Brosnan being the best Bond, World is Not Enough & Goldeneye was good but the rest were just awful films that relied on Bond's never ending supply of gadgets conveniently foreshadowed by Q

Dalton was good but he was too ahead of his time

I grew up with Brosnan as Bond, so to me he will always be the best and most classic "James Bond"
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Pierce Brosnan was my favorite Bond. But I did like the way the Craig movies were shot/filmed. They were just enjoyable action flicks. It had nothing to do with Craig as Bond though.

I agree Henry Cavill would make an excellent Bond.

Now marvel is gonna infect Bond really?
Isn't he just craig, but with brown hair?

The way marvel movies have been going, Cavill will be having sex with some dude on screen.

Yes, boring.

They are two different characters and people liked the Borne films but it's not the same vibe and I expect Bond films to be better than Mission Impossible, but they never were.

I only watched the last Bond film because I saw it for free.

Weirdly, it was one of the better ones.

I did not care that he died, lol.

Yes, and there was a lot of confusion.

I can pay attention to almost anything for long periods of time but I was drifting a bit with the movie.

They did have some near future possible science fiction which was nice, multiple world settings, but the plot was a little confusing and meant to kill him and so it all of a sudden happened and was not awesome.
