No issue with this one-dude is a drunk retard acting like a little child & his mother should have disciplined him a long time ago. As soon as he did what he did by throwing stuff at her & charging he left her no choice. Basically by not complying he got his mother shot & a good kicking when the male cop turned up & for what? A shoplifting charge.

His mum sabotaged her attempt to take him in when they were at the staircase, should have nicked her for obstruction. I honestly blame the department for sending lone cops out to arrest people-for all she knew either of them could have been armed & I think she panicked when he went up the stairs in case he had a weapon in his bedroom.

Could she have handled it better? Probably, but then again they cannot let criminals call the shots & refuse to comply-they don't have all day to sit around waiting for other cops to show up & I cannot imagine the fear she felt being outnumbered with a mother who clearly will do anything for her son & them also escalating the situation, as he was getting more belligerent & obnoxious as it went on. Mother should have sat down & minded her own business.

Easy, it happens a lot when cops turn up to arrest somebody & their girlfriend, friends or family members obstruct or turn violent on the cops. They are family & she had already physically obstructed the officer. If need by she would likely get a knife from the kitchen & stab her in the back while she is trying to arrest the son.

Before I was born my dad went to save a woman who was getting the hell kicked out of her by her partner & screaming, as did some other guys-the woman jumped on my dads back & he would have been open to getting hit by the guy while trying to get her off him & probably would have happened if there hadn't been other dudes there. She then went off with the guy saying she loved him.
