Leaving my job of 13+ years
Currently I've been working for an environmental lab as a scientist for the last 13+ years, but the family run lab was bought out by a corporation last year and has gone to $hit since.
I was offered a job in a completely different industry(lumber) with 3% less pay to start, but with potential to make more within 3 months, equity in the company, and more opportunities.
I guess it's just weird af to leave a job after so long, but the lab is on fire. Any of you men been at a job for years?
