Happy Saturday misc, quick cocktail /10

Wife is working, baby is down for a nap, it’s raining outside so having a little down time.

1.5 oz Milagro Blanco tequila
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz clarified lime juice with agar agar
0.5 oz dry curaçao

Stirred

You should, the clarified lime juice is the tricky part but recipe it’s on YouTube. Really easy.
