friend ratted on me at work, how do i proceed?

guy i thought was good friends with ratted on me for some **** that didnt even involve him... so far just been ignoring his bitch ass but i do miss our convos as we related and ****. but i dont want to make 1st move cuz that makes me look weak plus he is the ******* who ratted me out. do i just keep ignoring him?

if he want to make ammends im cool with that but i think he shood make the 1st move cuz he the one who started it.

Without knowing the details I can't really give an opinion.

There are plenty of situations where I'm not going to waste my time confronting someone, and just go to a manager. Because confronting people is the managers fuking job, not mine.

Generally when people get pissed at being "ratted" on.... well, they are doing something they aren't supposed to to begin with.

I stay in my own lane and dgaf what others do, until whatever dumb ass chit they are doing makes my job/life harder, then i'mma get a manager on it.

Again I donno what you did that he told on you about. Maybe just go up to him and say "Hey I'm sorry what I did bothered you, I should have been more considerate. Hey next time if I do something that bothers you could you just talk to me about it first? Give me a chance?"
