Btw, dont doubt for a sec that U.S. cyber command has the ability to preemptively hack Russia's military networks before they even get to let off one nuke.

You can't hack it because it's ultra low tech launching systems. We have something similar here. It's why no matter how many people hack NORAD, they can never launch weapons or anything.

I'm trying to follow your logic. Mansplain it to me.

Ukraine is still behind where they would have been if Minsk 2 had been implemented. There is still room for negotiation and settlement. Wincel - what’s your workstation set up?
99% of my post are speak to dictation on an iPhone, typical while I’m at work or even on the road.
If I gotta do quotes or images I’ll type- still on phone though.
Several years ago I was using a laptop and could slam our long post like that pretty quick.
Are you pc and keyboard the entire time?
I’m kinda jealous….

You then shifted the argument to doubting the Russians began replacing the systems more than two decades ago and implemented the new systems in 2007.
You then further shifted to the argument that they shouldn't have to even need to transfer them as they sit there and rot, unused and replaced over two decades ago.

It is looking like the Ukrainians have stalled on the Maruapol offensive as well as Lyman and ZPP. Should be over at this point. Those troops that made it by and to those places fought there.

...However, fleet transfers from St. Petersburg to Ukraine are exceptional. Eklund believes that the loss of the missile equipment near St. Petersburg is precisely due to the fact that Russia has needed missiles in its attack on Ukraine.
Even before the attack on St. Petersburg's anti-aircraft missiles, Russia has probably taken missiles to the front from those bases that are located either closer to Ukraine or to St. Petersburg's million city in less important areas.
Based on satellite images, Eklund has studied, for example, the anti-aircraft missile base located in the city of Voronezh in central Russia. Half of its missile fleet was already lost before May. The equipment changes around St. Petersburg have only taken place in the summer."
