People STILL wear masks

In FL it’s not as common, but I see probably 1/10 people wearing them still. I’m sure they’re more prevalent in some other places.

It’s wild to me. These people are almost certainly vaxxed and booster’d multiple times, yet they continue to cover their face. At this point, are they just going to wear a mask in public for the rest of their lives?

I see them too.

Few and far between, but I do see some people at my gym still wearing them.

I put a mask on at home last night.

Cuz I’m sick and was still trying to bang. Nothing to do with Covid, but I’m willing to say despite all the hate masks get.

From me especially.

I didn’t get sick worth chit last few years. Now I’m a believer in keeping my immune system strong so yolo. But if I see a bunch of little chits sneezing their snot everywhere and people coughing n chit, I’ll put one of those fukkers on now.

I don't care if someone still wears a mask, but yeah it's crazy how some people still haven't figured out they're accomplishing nothing with them but making it uncomfortable for themselves to breath. Went to a breakfast diner place with some family a couple weeks back. Decent line, we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, busy Sunday morning at places like that.

An elderly couple came in behind us, probably in their mid-70's. The old dude wasn't wearing a mask, and the old lady had one of those paper mask things on halfway. Other than that, the old lady acted totally normal like everyone else. A small part of me wanted to be like "Look granny, take that useless thing off your face and just enjoy yourself like the rest of us without that nonsense muffling your breathing. You deserve it, srs." But of course I didn't actually say anything other than exchanging basic pleasatries/bs'ing in the line with them like anyone else, because only neckbearded autists do rag on people about mask wearing in public.

There’s still one fat kid whose mom makes him wear a mask at bjj.

The coach and kid have literally had to beg her to take it off a few times when kid was about to pass out.

When I was entering the gym a few days ago this Asian couple came out wearing not only masks, but they were using clear umbrellas that the edges drooped down past their shoulders, imagine wearing a big jellyfish and that's what the umbrella things looked like. I was too shocked to smirk.

We had open house for my first grader last week and some parents were masked up and had their kids masked up. Easy to point out who the idiots are at least. Jflol at masking your 6 year old. Good parenting, not even once.

I was thinking about it the other day. Tons of people are still wearing them. It is a psychological thing at this point if you are still wearing a mask while you are out and about, IMO. Even Biden declared the Covid pandemic to be over yesterday.

I used to live in a predominantly asian area and they have been doing this forever. using an umbrella even walking from their cars to the store thats like 20 feet away

Yeah lol I still see people wearing them. They pretty much declared covid is over. It is funny it never gets mentioned at the political level anymore, too. But people still wear masks.

I was given a mask when I went to the doctor's office and the dentist's office. Lol even the dentist lol
