How much do you BB row for reps/sets?

How much

Last I did was 135 lbs 4x8

I've never been big on BB rows, so I'm going to start now. I'm thinking right now a goal for me is to hit 205 for 4 sets of 8 is a good goal

But I’m not that strong anymore. Last workout I did 275 and it was pretty cheated

Anyone can do 3 plates+ with questionable form like this

But doin it strict with good legit form is when you’re really goated. It’s actually why I do pendlay rows, you can’t cheat pendlay rows the same way mfers cheat barbell rows

I can do advanced tuck front lever pull ups for 5 reps at weight ~175lbs. I can do more "reps", but I like doing it perfect over doing it kinda OK for more "reps".

Strict, I can do 245-275 for sets of 8-10 depending on how I'm feeling that day.

When I was a bloat monster I could rep out 315 with a little body english.

Normally just 135 for however many reps. I could load more, but I don't want it interfering with my DL recovery so I keep them light.

If any Miscer is handling 405lbs, chances are it's their girlfriend or wife
