Adnan Syed from ‘Serial’ podcast released from prison after 22 years

Adnan Syed, featured in ‘Serial’ podcast, will be released from prison. A judge on Monday vacated the conviction of Adnan Syed, whose murder case drew wide attention after it was featured on the true-crime podcast “Serial", and ordered him released from prison.

The last time Syed walked free, he was 17 years old and in high school. His shackles came off in the courtroom to audible applause.

Serial was the first podcast i listened to back in 2014 other than Joe Rogan and i thought it was great. I always thought the case against Adnas was weak and even though he might have killed her, they did not have enough evidence to lock him up

Agree on not enough reasonable evidence

But give me a break, he was her ex-boyfriend and Hae had recently moved on and he wrote "I'm going to kill" on the back of a note or something? It's the number one motive for men killing women. He was painted as the victim while a young girl actually lost her life. I feel awful for Hae's parents, I hope they have found peace.

Someone saw him dig the grave and they have his cell phone ping there.

Hopefully he is re-admitted or her dad cuts his head off.

I take it back. I hope he didn't find peace. I want this outcome.

I mean he obviously fukkin did it. Whether the court case presented the evidence well or not I think it's pretty obvious.

I don’t remember the details because I listened when it was released but I do recall initially thinking he was innocent but then agreeing Adnan was probably the killer by the end.

I do recall the cell phone ping data.

I think he did it as well, but there was not enough evidence to prove this and the evidence provided was weak

Another memory from the podcast was that I thought it was a PR campaign from his well financed religious community trying to free him.

I know it's not going to give him any time back, but I hope he is able to sue the hell out of the state and live comfortably for the rest of his life. How is no one mentioning Jay? He is either sweating or he will double down that Adnon is guilty. How did he know the details of the crime if he nor Adnon were involved?

But who was Alonzo? Stops on the side of the road to pee, walked 127 feet into the woods and just so happens to find her body?

The cell phone pings were fraudulent--the expert who testified about the pings later admitted this. Not one trace of forensic evidence. Despite the manner of killing, no dna on him. An alibi witness who was never allowed to testify at the new hearing because of a zealous prosecutor.

Not enough evidence, but agree heay gave done it.

oh you mean the testimony from the druggie who seemed completely full of chit?

and the cell phone ping thing was complete bullchit. Should have never even been considered in court.

I listened to the podcast and came away thinking there was a 50/50 chance he did it. But a lot of the evidence used to convict him was weak af.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I never understood people getting behind him, listened to the podcast - seems obvious that he did it.

People are so eager to defend criminals. Clapping for release of a fuking murderer, just lol.

"The investigation “revealed undisclosed and newly-developed information regarding two alternative suspects, as well as unreliable cell phone tower data,” Mosby's office said in a news release last week. The other suspects were known persons at the time of the original investigation, but weren't properly ruled out nor disclosed to the defense, said prosecutors, who declined to release information about the suspects, due to the ongoing investigation."

there was never enough evidence in this case. it was not crystal clear that Adnan did it and therefore he should not have been put behind bars
