Like I can't believe you're this braindead that you don't even know what happened in 1971. Chit is a matter of public record. You seem shocked that Nixon and Kissinger were pieces of chit.

If it would be deliberate to financially control everybody in EU, why are there many states doing well like Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Austria etc? The trade with those countries and Germany is better because of that too.
Why did the Germans set up the Euro? They extended their credit line to countries which didn't have an equivalent economic situation as Germany. Those nations then bought goods and services from germany with debt. They are now heavily indebted to Germany.

One had a policy of locking kids up in Catholic schools where they were raped, and the govt had to be shamed into doing something about it.
The other is Iran.

In single countries the currency can harm one region while benefitting another.
I am not sure why anyone would want to join the Euro. I imagine they think short term they can icnrease their purchasing power, resulting in economic growth and achieving a more advanced economy. In reality they're likely to damage their export industries; while increasing the price of goods; but atleast they can have a flagship German train system to show as progress.
I voted for Brexit and am very glad to have done so.
Which nation benefitted more than Germany? The Germans used the Euro as a currency manipulation to artificially undervalue their currency to make their exports more competitive. They then extended their credit line to nations with backwards and beleagured economies so that they could purchase big ticket items from germany (industrial equipment, train systems) and on a personal level small ticket items (cars). The nations with the extended credit line then got into both significant sovereign and personal debts. The end result is a Germany with a huge export economy and very low debt:GDP ratio.
While maany Southern European states are on their knees.

I'd say all the countries who benefitted more are the ones that have a more favorable economy and higher GDP compared to Germany, which are basically all countries north of Germany plus Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Ireland.
I think the Brexit was a huge mistake for UK but I also hope it's not the case. A weak UK would also weaken the EU.

To add to this. The currency manipulation of Germany gave their manufactureres an unfair competitive advantage over non-German European businesses; who after adopting the Euro had Forex parity with german manufacturers.
Obviously it's not possible to have extremely regionalised currencies, i was just making the point a currency can benefit one region while hurting another; depending on the strength and type of economy they have.
I think Brexit could be a mistake or an opportunity it depends on the quality of the British governments that follow. Brexit has created room for the UK to develop beyond it's previous EU position and I think our new administration, under Liz Truss, are taking the correct route to achieve that.

I believe that the US had intentionally pushed Russia past it's redlines so they can start a proxy war, using the Ukranian people as their defacto soldiers (cannon fodder). The goal of this action was to settle some 1980's score with Russia.
The main winner from this conflict is the US. The US has began selling it's military equipment in record numebrs to NATO members, they have been selling their shale gas in significant amounts to Europe and there has been currency flight from less predictable regions (Europe) to the US. This has strengthened the US economy while hurting the Europeans.
I believe one of the US's secondary goals was to harm Germany who's exports compete with their own and who they have had issue with for buying Russian gas.
The other less significant winner is China who will get cheap Russian Gas and other opportunities with third parties who feel further alienated from the western world.

Eastern European states did very well out nof the EU. There has essentially been a transfer of wealth from Western to Eastern Europe.
My own father transferred his job to Romania. He had to train the people who would take his job.
The southern European states may not be as developed as they are, but neither would they be so indebted. Unfuortunately for Germany (a miscalculation on their part) the fate of Southern Europe is now their fate.
If Southern Europe goes into a sovereign debt crisis and it will; they will have to bail them out (if they can).
The Germans are a much smarter group than the other Europeans and I believe they planned the use of the Euro to control other Euro states. During the Greek sovereign debt crisis they purchased Greek state assets at massive knockdown prices; while dictating them the terms of the bailout fund. That didn't happen by accident.

I hear be spoke and said full scale invasion coming , then I hear he didn't speak , I hear a nato general said to prepare for war. Can someone explain what happened today and what's coming?
Russia's lower chamber of parliament, the State Duma, has approved a bill that toughens punishments for desertion, damage to military property, looting, defection, and insubordination if they are committed during military mobilization or combat situations as the country continues its ongoing unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.
The bill was approved on September 20 amid debates among Russian authorities and regional governors about a possible military mobilization, a move that could significantly escalate the war in Ukraine, which is now in its seventh month.
In the article about the crimes, the approved bill replaced the phrase "during armed conflicts or military actions" with "in the period of mobilization or the state of martial law, as well as during war time or while armed conflict and combat activities are under way."

Speech then didn't happen and now I've read some rumours that they will run it from tape "when the people in the Far East wake up", no idea whether this refers to other countries or the Eastern parts of Russia, or whether this has been even confirmed.
Haven't heard anything about any NATO generals saying that we should prepare for war, it only came from dusky, who is not playing with a full deck.
