It does . I play games on max 1080p over 120fps

Ps5 doesn’t even do 4k. It’s scaled down

Ps5 only pushes 120 fps I do more

Also ps5 can’t run 120 fod on most games

Probably not worth it unless you need it for work, or you play one of those games where fps makes a huge difference.

I remember when the 1080 TI was the card to get. I had just gotten into building PCs and graphics cards were flying off the shelves because people were using them to mine cryptocurrency. I ended up having to buy a 1050

I haven't upgraded in 4 years and still have a 1070 lmao. I tried to play spider man remastered and got my settings set at medium. That was a wake up call.

I upgraded, but mainly because I anticipated prices to skyrocket. I don't really need a good pc for the games I currently play. I have a top end pc I haven't even bothered setting up yet because it takes too much work to get it the way I want.

Do it.

The raw power of this gpu is amazing. It can run anything I throw at it at 1440p and quite well at 4k (dlss) too, with 60fps ... Even adding rtx it more than holds its own.

There isn't. Games that are worth the upgrade come out far too infrequently to justify spending so much on video cards. If people would stop buying for no fukking reason, prices will normalize.
