It makes sense bro. He teaches WOOD WORKING class. In my high school shop class our teacher was ex cop who told us all kinds of stories about police chases, death scenes and people he shot. The next year in welding class we had a teacher named "dirty dan" who was as southern as they come. He ended up dying mid semester because he smoked for 60+ years
