Yes I know this personally. Both long term gf's are full Italians. One was an athlete, one wasn't but naturally had an amazing body.

Think it's more the track build in general. Think about it. Chick needs strong, thick booty and thighs while still being fit. That's like the ideal body type since they're fit but still have booty.

Italians don't age like others though, they stay pretty youthful looking and in better shape then most all other ethnicities even till late in the years

My mom is full Italian..this is her on her 73rd birthday earlier this year..

Mixed people are always healthier genetically. Italians have black and white mix, and even other stuff, I forgot, fresh blood is good. You don’t want inbreeding.

I am proud to be italian, that’s the goat nation and nationality. But I know my country has a lot of problems and most of them are not fixable as it’s in our dna.

Italy has blood right citizenship which means that if you have an Italian citizen in your direct lineage, as long as they didn't break their citizenship line by naturalizing in another country before the next person in your line was born, then you have the right to Italian citizenship. For example, if you are American and had a grandmother that came to the USA during WW2, then birthed your mother or father before she gained US citizenship, then you also have Italian citizenship and just need to claim it. There are probably millions of Americans that fit this category. I wouldn't be surprised if Italy starts receiving chit loads of American retirees and remote workers who will claim their birthright Italian citizenship over the next several years.
