Standing by the front eantrance of Costco, standing on that little pedestal and become a target of verbal vulgarity which you provoked upon yourself.

It's in there bros. Spread the word of Jesus. Look at it this way, it's easier than not lying, sex before marriage, calling your dad a ****git, loving thy enemy, coveting etc.

Now I'm not self rightious, and barely succeed in practicing what I'll to preach but I try to. I last a week or two cause it's hard. Don't condemn and say you're going to hell, just talk about temptation, strength, love, and forgiveness.

Example: God does not inflict upon us what we cannot overcome. If you were born gay you can overcome celibacy, if you think you’re a man living inside a woman’s body you can fight that urge to cut off your penis, if you want an abortion you can look at your baby as a face of adversity and not fold.

If you don't want to be the center of attention cold approach random strangers at a grocery store and politely ask, hey how's it going can I talk to you about Jesus for a minute? If you're shy post on misc or reddit or ********. Sounds like a bad idea but Jesus will appreciate it. He died for our sins, it's the least we can do.

Before you ask, yes Father Stu (Mark Wahlberg) reminded me. Onward Christian soldiers.

Telling people how to specifically Factice their beliefs, is an old world Catholic and Jewish ideology. It is one of the many reasons why Jews and Christians broke off from those churches.

In a letter from Paul, he addressed the Galatians for exactly this reason. The Jewish church was telling people that if they wanted to enter the house of God, they must practice based on what they told the people. Paul told them that practicing their beliefs can be a very personal and individualized thing.

Did you know that the Galatia Jews were practicing Socialism as well? Anyone who entered the house of God in Galatia, was required to allow the Jews to monitor their income, their property, etc. and was up to the church to decide how it was distributed. Paul specifically told them “this is not following Christ“. The church should not be coercing people to practice a certain way where they cannot be excepted as believers.

This idea that you are not a Christian if you don’t pray in the morning, read your Bible every day etc. is not the foundation. Belief that Christ died for your sins, that God is Almighty, and the actions towards others are what make an individual Christian.

It really is. God uses us all in some form, but can be completely different from one individual to another. This is why we cannot tell Christians exactly how to practice, because each individual has unique character traits that God uses.

It still is..it’s just that God was teaching a nation how to judge when He told them eye for an eye..how to rule & create laws in a Governing way.

Turn the other cheek, God was speaking to an individual on how to address those that mock you.

It is the same today in practically every country. If you steal from me, kill my wife, etc. I do not have the right to do the same action you did to me, kill you, take vengeance upon you, but the Government does have the power to put you to death..this goes for whether Jew or gentile.

One is a governing manner, the other is addressing the individual.

This is a VERY commonly misinterpreted and misrepresented verse. Go back and reread the verse carefully. What he was saying is that not everything a “bad person” does is evil. An insult is not evil. Back then, a smack was an insult, it was not an evil act. in other words, you don’t have to retaliate against everything. The idea is to prevent yourself from doing evil against non-evil.

Then we can go back and look at passages that discussed Christ’s aggression towards evil. He chased men and their livestock out of the temple with a whip. They were defiling the house of God.

When Christ was confronted by demons, his character changed tremendously. He became aggressive and stood firm.

When Christ was being pursued by the Romans, and they were traveling through treacherous territory full of thieves in bandits, he told his men to arm themselves and be ready.

One of the reasons why God chose Peter, was because he was scrappy and a fighter, not just because he was a fisherman. He was a good man though.

We really do not. Koala bears also have thumbs..doesn’t mean we came from Koalas. There is not one single example of a a species kind transitioning into another species kind. Plenty examples of Epigenetics, but no change in species.

There were other species of humans on earth though. A good example is the Neanderthal. That species died out long ago, and although we have a lot in common, we had a lot not in common as well. From their stature and bone structure, to their digestive system.

Neanderthals did look quite ape like. It is possible that we evolved from an early species of humans, but there is strong evidence to suggest we did not, and even disproves that we descended from apes.

Can’t remember what they are called, but there are periods in the planets history in which species just spontaneously appeared, and much more evidence that shows that Darwinism is more of a gradual and subtle change, not this cross species jumps. For example, hummingbirds with shorter beaks died out, while hummingbirds with longer beaks survived because they had access to more food.

Not many in the science community likes this, because it further suggest that there is a God.

God told people in the O.T. that God is one and that people are responsible for their own sins. Then Jesus came and said he died for their sins and that he bears the sin of man now. All the old Prophets preached completely different it seems.
