When i was single i constantly chased pusy & thought about sex. I did workout every day & work but every other area of my life suffered. Very stupid. Almost like an addiction.

That being said sex when you have a wife should not be a hassle. It requires no effort as she is right next to you.

Give your wife 10 mins of sex, that’s it.. she’ll be satisfied. Do that 4 times a week. That’s 40 mins of sex every 7 days
