Lol at rental shortage mortgage cucks piss off

Looked at 3 places yesterday didn’t even offer. 3 agents rang me back and asked would I be interested if the price dropped.

Inflation rent increasing my ass. Lol

Picked up a 1 bedder in Milsons Point Sydney for 1100usd a month, less than 10 percent of my salary, before bonus

This is the current state of rentcels. Relegated to “bragging” about paying $1,000+/month for a tiny little 1 bedroom cubicle(where the rent will go up every year) so they can make someone else rich.

Maybe I’ll rent a place In Manilla or Mexico City or both, and live and work there there 75 percent of the time, which I can do because I have valuable skills that I can consult online now. Even when I’m in my 50s I will still be fit and tall I will still probably **** chics in their late 20s and whoremax in early 20s, while your watching dalmer and if your lucky your fat single mother girlfriend will only have two children, which you’ll be indirectly paying for, because no decent looking chic wants to live outside of ny or California.

The mortgage + escrow on my almost 1200 sq/ft house is less than that. I'm also "investing the difference" (and significantly more on top of that).
