You take advantage by going door to door and telling people that you will buy their hurricane-damaged home in cash. Tell them to take the Insurance payment in a lump sum, and you will give them like 60% of he value, so they're coming out with more money than they would have had to begin with.

are you a retard? ft myers beach will be nothing but high rise condos and upscale resturants when all is said and done. all the old florida beaches are headed in that direction. Ian just sped things up.

Demolition is expensive. The hurricane did homeowners a favor.
