Do y’all buy special fitted shirts to look like you lift in everyday clothes. I look pretty jacked in a regular gym shirt but look dyel in a button up

i look like i lift in everything so its just comfort for me at this point

but i barely fit into sht at all now its basically 2xl is shmedium on me and my glutes/quads just make pants a **** show altogether

Takes like 5 minutes to learn how to make your shirt fitted. If it's a full dress shirt I go to an alterations store but t shirts and polos I can sew myself.

I'm not a particularly big guy so in baggy lose clothing most people wouldn't know I lift. But if I wear tight fitted clothes and have the arms on show it's surprising the attention I start to get!

Tennis balls?...........my Biceps are as big as Grapefruits!
