All I saw was that you have an anal fissure.
Anyone who has spent a lifetime of doing stuff is going to show some wear and tear on their body.
Not to the extent of your anal tearing, but at least some normal and expected damage.

Mostly begnign and common findings, perhaps some credence to L4L5 disc bulge if clinical symptoms coincide commensurately.
Otherwise, ignore MRI. MRI is given way too much weight for its findings w/ respect to most pain conditions

I'm getting a discectomy done on Nov 8th for a L3-L4 far lateral protrusion. As far as your MRI, your bulges are not really that bad although the tears do mean the inner disc is trying to work its way out. If you arent severe pain and its not debilitating, Id focus on core strengthening exercises and deloading the discs so the disc material retracts back in. Look up exercise that do that, they help.

Avoid surgery at all costs. That’s a can of worms you don’t want to open unless 100% absolutely necessary.
Get multiple opinions and seek help also from corrective and strength coaches.

Unfortunately for myself for four years I havent been able to run or do any explosive athletic movements. For the last three months I havent been able to tie my left shoe in the morning and have to wait until im at work and little warmed up to bend down and tie it. Then it went out on me again last month, so I've given up hoping it improves. Fingers crossed the discectomy does something.

There have been a handful of times where I’ve needed to be helped out of bed. But again it’s infrequent

I literally have no l4 and l5 discs. Had a bad blowout from heavy lifting and bad form. That was 7 years ago. Get flare ups 3-4 times a year where I'm incapacitated for 3 days and then have about 2 weeks before it gets 95-100% better. A bulging disc is a cake walk. Don't be dramatic, but also be smart about form.
