I keep losing family and it’s starting to make me wonder who’s gonna be next in my family. In the last 3 years I’ve lost my father, two of my aunts back home, and just yesterday I found out my close uncle here is in stage 4 lung cancer. Not long ago I thought I was a goner but survived. It’s like who’s ****en next now. We’re all dropping like flies it seems.

Man idk whats going on at my job they can't hire or keep anyone, people are quitting left and right, calling in every week etc. I just don't know how anything is functioning like this. There just seems to be no communication or community anywhere anymore. We have two more people quitting. People do not wanna work anymoreand ive been carrying the load for the last 3 years now at least. I've been working for 15 years and I've never seen anything like this.

There is just nothing to do. No community. Go to work and nobody really talks to each other and have to walk around in a room all day without anyone to talk to. Come home and gf listens to podcasts all night while i sit on the computer. Everywhere you go there is just no community. Nobody wants to do anything.

I can barely function anymore. Work is too monotonous and depressing and there is just no way to make friends after 30. My moods are never good enough to do anything. At best i feel meh but i don't really enjoy anything anymore except my hobbies and lifting. I still have some passion for those things but anything social is a chore for me.
Some days like today where i have to work my ass off i just feel like i'm doing all of this work for nothing. I didn't used to think this way but after doing this thousands of times every day it's like what is the point?

Surprised you don't bring up your GF much though, how long has you been going out? Everything good there?

Coincidentally people are talking about jobs here but my ****in job man keeps scheduling me like almost everyday & I can't take it anymore. I just can't do it anymore. I'm planning on calling out a few days since I can't work all these days anymore. It's becoming way too damn stressful & I'm always in a bad mood at work.
