What would a society be like if all men had to forcibly go to a brothel at 18?

So your telling me most men are virgins at 18? What happened? Most of my friends were 16 when they lost their. Most of them women I know where around the same age. Most are married and normal. How did this late term virginity in men affect the current degeneracy of society?

Not sure if srs probably 50+% of men nowadays are virgin until early 20s, probably around 20%+ by late 20s.
