Except it's not a conspiracy; I've seen a death certificate that had Covid as the cause of death, with it then going on to say that they were drunk and fell and hit their head.

Excess deaths is certainly something to be mindful of, but certainly there's weight to the argument of Covid death stats being misleading; people dying of Covid sounds like it choked the life of out them, whereas for that poor bloke in Northern England it was a night of excess drinking and a fall that did him in, with him happening to have Covid at the time.

Someone's death certificate I'd also be interested to see would be my friend's sister-in-law; early 30s, not overweight/alcoholic etc, randomly dropped dead out of nowhere. Vaccinated. Could be that it was a known family health condition, but I didn't get that impression from the people I spoke with it all, it was labelled as a complete freak accident. Hope her young daughter is old enough to remember her as she grows up without her.

Where I said, "Covid only kills people on death's door!", I actually didn't find that anywhere in my post. Where'd you get that? Or did you intentionally take a very strong stance (one I did not take), then attribute it to me saying it and then refute the strong stance I did not state in order to make it look like you got a point on me in your imagination?

Now, while covid does not *only* kill those on death's door, it is largely only a significant threat to people who are immunocompromised. Young healthy people who are not obese (and I would argue anyone obese is not healthy anyway), but those people were not at any significant risk of dying from or with covid. The fact that off all covid deaths, those under the age of 18 made up roughly 1,000 in total - and there, we do not know the individual health of each of them (my strong guess, every one of those 1,000 were at risk for something, anyway. Obese, grossly obese or with some disease).

Maybe in your mind it's only healthy people dying from covid and covid can kill anyone at any time, lurking in the shadows, striking suddenly and anyone is at the same risk as anyone else, but that's not how the statistics play out. Btw, like how I made up a silly stupid exaggerated argument and pretended you said it?

Last, I only quoted and addressed your commenting on my second point, as you clearly misinterpreted the first one I made (guess that means twice in one post for you).
And the life expectancy for someone who is 78, is another 8-10 years. Your “truth” would mean more if you put it into context.

The healthy and young are largely not dying from C19. That doesn’t mean that those who are, don’t have quality years of life left to live. That’s my point. Again, the best way to evaluate the disease burden is total years of life lost, accounting for age and other mortality predictors. This has been done several times.

I’m not necessarily saying you believe otherwise. You seem to intentionally dance around making a main conclusion.

And I don’t think that I did misinterpret the first part of your other quote. Though admittedly my sentence was lazy and ripe for misinterpretation itself. My claim is that actual US covid deaths (dying from) are at least at high as the official count.

In the USA, the life expectancy is just under 79 years. Might check your math there.

Fair enough.

On the dancing, no, it's not that I'm trying to be clever and say XYZ but not get held to it later for argument points. I just don't like to make strong statements unless I'm damn sure of something.

I tend to be more agnostic about this or a lot of things, I might have opinions and suspect things are, but this entire process has been a very murky one - with a lot of things coming out over time to undo things we thought were true once and a lot of times dealing with unknowns.

Why am I going to demand some point when I don't have information available to make a good conclusion?

You realize your post history is available to everyone right? And you want to accuse me of not being an intelligent debater? Maybe I should show everyone my CP comments?..

And yes, 1.2 million people died FROM covid - until you prove otherwise because covid related death certificates say otherwise.

Keep in mind Dave is the one who made the blanket claim that healthy young people didn't need the vaccine. Which I responded to because, of course, he's wrong, just like you and the rest of the morons who keep posting Fauci's quote as if that proves ANYTHING about deaths FROM covid.

Speak of the moron with the world's worst memory..
Young, healthy people don't need it, no matter how many cherry picked examples you find. We don't need the flu shot either.

Thousands of CPD officers stood up to the mayor, and refused the jab. We won in the end, we're keeping our jobs, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it, except bitch and moan.

Did Colin Powell die from Covid? Oh wait, he was vaccinated, so you parasites changed the narrative and brought up the fact that he had stage 4 cancer, so he died "with" Covid......

The CDC has clear instructions on when to put C19 on the death certificate. The physician must believe that the virus played a probable role in contributing to death. So outside of anomalies, no one dying and hitting their head is ending up as a covid death on the CDC provisional tally.

People who argue that C19 deaths are overcounted want us to believe that physicians were lying, and on some widespread scale started unjustly contributing the cause of death as covid with no medical evidence. AND, that somehow a majority of the 450k excess deaths in the first year alone were unrelated to C19. And that somehow those excess deaths happened to temporary correlate with the frequency of the virus. It also doesn’t explain the high vaccine effectiveness against mortality (the relative reduction for mortality would be low if large numbers of people were dying from unrelated causes but the death was being attributed to C19).

My math is fine. I don’t think you know what life expectancy is. Do you think someone who is 80 has a life expectancy of -1 years?

That is a conclusion. Your conclusion is you don’t know given the evidence. Conclusion doesn’t mean making a positive or negative claim.

Depending on the state and the date, it’s possible he was counted as a covid death for the state. That death would not be counted by the CDC. This is why the CDC takes so long to tally deaths and why the CDC numbers are different from state numbers. The CDC evaluates death certificates from states, while those states may have implemented broad protocols like “within 30 days of a positive test”.

You have never gotten into it with a leftist poster ever. I've been negged by those on the right when it comes to abortion, drugs, the police and religion. You on the other hand, will come to the defense of Peedos like MinisterOfLust, just because he's left leaning.

Nutsy also supported the War in Iraq, even 10 years later after it started. He was attacked for that stance as well. Are you confused why?

Hell you people finally turned on Wincel, just because he's not a chicken-hawk supporting the Ukraine conflict. It's the only time you people ever disagreed with him.

Well, yeah, and I think my conclusion to be more ambiguous, based on what we know, it's a good one.

Btw, I think we're just not on the same page w/ 'life expectancy'. I see it as the average age someone may expect to live.

Lying would be one reason, perhaps because there was money involved with people officially dying from covid as incentive. There certainly could be other reasons, of course. One might be that, they followed the rules and the rules were just foolish. We know now how covid deaths were counted and it was with a heavy hand.

My best guess, it's off by 10-15%. Don't ask me to back it up, I can't. Again, just a shot in the dark guess on my part, just thought I'd give you a solid figure since you mentioned my fence-sitting earlier. On that: making a definitive statement as I did, as I am largely agnostic, it would not take much to make me alter my opinion/guess there.

This isn’t true at all. Multiple officials publicly stated unrelated deaths of someone with covid are counted as covid deaths.

Same with covid hospitalizations. They were lying this entire time up until 5 or 6 months ago. They had to chop their numbers by 48% once they made the appropriate adjustments.

Do you purposely ignore this or what?

In these forums there is no question - Benisa moderate. Look at his company and then come back here and lump him with Pat or Bodhy. He's way more moderate, does not screech when someone disagrees with him, I don't think he fires off insults as his opening salvo, etc... so way better than those guys. I do think he's a lefty guy, just not a chitlib like too many posters here.

Btw, my definition of healthy -- Someone who gets sick with a double-flu and is strong enough to not die from it.

Has he ever gotten into it with Pat, Bodhy, SillieBazzillie, Jayarbie, Wincel, etc? He's slightly different then them, but he has shrieked about topics in the past before. He has had mini meltdowns in the past as well.

As for the healthy concept, I wouldn't call a 300lb bodybuilder healthy, or a Strongman healthy either. When some of them got the Rona, and were ****ed up, people would try and use them as examples on why we should take this seriously.

Avg age of all cause death isn’t really relevant. That was my point. What we’re interested in, is how long someone who died from covid was expected to live otherwise. Someone who is currently 78 (avg age of c19 death) is expected to live another 8-10 years. Yes I understand that doesn’t capture the entirety of it, such as co morbidities. A few studies have incorporated those into analyses and I believe the estimate was 4-5 years of life left per c19 death.

C19 deaths were not financially incentivized. More cases and certain therapies could have led to higher allocation of money, but not deaths.

Same with covid hospitalizations. They were lying this entire time up until 5 or 6 months ago. They had to chop their numbers by 48% once they made the appropriate adjustments.

Do you purposely ignore this or what?
It is true. The problem is you don’t evaluate details. Dr. Birx made a confusing statement that she shouldn’t have. It fed skepticism. And people like you ran with the narrative because any small thing you can get gets amplified. However, at any time during this pandemic, including right now, you could literally go to the CDC webpage and see exactly how they determine deaths for their provisional tally. It is, and has always been, based on death certificates.

A few studies have incorporated those into analyses and I believe the estimate was 4-5 years of life left per c19 death.

C19 deaths were not financially incentivized. More cases and certain therapies could have led to higher allocation of money, but not deaths.
So the average life expectancy is now 88-90?

You can’t be this dumb. I refuse to believe it.

You said someone at the age of 79, will most likely live another 8-10 years.

Now those people who died with Rona, at the age of 79 for example, who had numerous pre-exisiting conditions. You really going to sit there and say that they didn't die with Covid?

Did Colin Powell die with Covid even though he was vaccinated? Or was it the stage 4 cancer, and the Rona just sped up the process?

Dr birx wasn’t the only one. Many admitted this.

Cdc gets their data/certs from the state.

Hospitals get their money and influence and guidence from the state

Doctors get their their influence from the hospitals.

Docs then lie and report what they want.

You fail to understand the money and politics involved at a local level(which who ultimately feeds the cdc data)

You pretend as if doctors don’t lie - in general doctors will push only certain drugs because they have good relationships with the drug rep, even if there is a better drug out there, they’re loyal to their rep and won’t move from a drug. They’re literally stopping patients from receiving better treatment because of money.

Docs lied at every step about the vax. They had to. Their license job security depended on it. They were told by hospital administrators they can’t write exemptions, OF ANY KIND, nor can you not recommend the vax to anyone, or they would be fired and blackballed for being insubordinate, and in some cases lose their license. They have to be in lockstep with the “general consensus” even if it’s not really the “general consensus” it’s manufactured consensus because everyone else is silenced.

California just passed a law that you will also be fired and blackballed if you as a doctor give information outside of said consensus. Again manufactured consensus.

Doctors and the medical industry are great, but they are not without flaws.

Many doctors are drug addicts. My friend is a radiologist and a ton of his peers at multiple hospitals across the country all do coke. Now fuel that with monetary incentives….

You’re muddying together different arguments. Again, the CDC’s provisional tally is based on death certificates, and their guidelines for reporting C19 on the certificate require the physician to suspect probable contribution by the virus to patient death. This is not unique to covid.https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nvss/vsrg/vsrg03-508.pdf

Your other argument lacks evidence entirely and rests on conspiracy speculation. Did what you describe happen at some individual level? Probably. Thousands of hospitals, millions of doctors, tens of millions of patients. Is there any evidence that doctors were over counting on a large scale? Nope. The idea that thousands of doctors across the country, who were not direct beneficiaries of the money to the hospital, were lying about cause of death (which didn’t even give the hospital more money) and were inflating the overall count in any significant way is unlikely. It is extremely unlikely given the other evidence that I described earlier.

Lmao literally the White House corona virus staff, and other officials across the nation have admitted to miscounting covid deaths and your response is “no they aren’t” lol son.

Cdc can say whatever it wants. But states and local government create policy off their own numbers.

Dude I don’t need evidence. I lived it. My wife is a nurse for a hospital and we went through the whole jab process. We joined a giant group full of nurses and physicians who didn’t want the jab across the entire state of California. The doctors’s and nurses experiences were the most eye opening. They were threatened at all levels. Folks who had an aweful reaction to the first dose could not get an exemption from the 2nd dose because the doctors were threatened with their license if they wrote medical exemptions for anyone. Docs were literally forced to lie.

After firing people for not getting the vax, they bring in travel nurses who were exempted from having the vax. The administrators don’t care because they can lie and still claim their hospitals have the highest vaccination rates and use as a marketing tool even though it’s a lie.

Follow the money

You’re extremely naive to how the system works.

I say these things because you need to understand the system you’re dealing with. People are literally saying out loud that they miscounted. And your response is “no” lmao

Interesting enough, I believe Reliance claimed to work in the medical field. But it's truly insane, you have the people literally at the top saying something against the original narrative, and you have these posters refusing to believe it.

Who has admitted what? You mean an error in the counting system was found and corrected? That’s your admission? That is exactly what you’d expect if the government was trying its best to accurately count deaths. Mistakes happen, it was found, and was corrected. What a terrible standard of “evidence”.

You’ve still yet to account for excess deaths, the pattern of those excess deaths, and vaccine effectiveness.

It was not an error. The official literally said it as a matter of fact and that they weren’t changing it. Let me find the video.
