Long haired brahs GTFIH srs. Should I start using womens shampoo?

Always had a jarhead cut so I dunno much. Been growing since December. Current condition is kinda like Tom Cruise in his early 30s.

Anyways it feels a bit rough af. Hard to put my finger around it especially from back. I fear my girlfriends and fukkbuddies gonna complain not being able play with it during sex.

I always wash with a soap. Been thinking I should be washing with a female shampoo (no homo) cuz they all have soft hair (except low class trash gypsy sloots then again who cares about them)

My hair is @ Keanu Reeves early John Wick length/style. I don't use shampoo or conditioner. Hair would lose all texture if I did. I shower at least once every day and always get my hair fully wet and then blow dried.

Weird, when I was @42 I had dark brown hair and was greying to the point I thought about using hair dye. That was when I was rebounding to getting back in shape. I did not use any dye and am in way good shape now and my hair is barely any grey and...black. Not greasy unwashed looking, just black, I like it. Could be from just wetting it every day and no shampoo/conditioner.

Try 1/4 teaspoon (or a bit less) of olive oil right after you wash your hair. Just massage it into your hair while it's still damp and let it dry. Got to be the best I've found for controlling knots.

Wtf your hair must be oily as hell. No way water can clean it on its own

Man I used to use it against dandruff.

Didnt really like trying to make sure not to touch anything with my hair or avoiding people because of how dirty it looks/ smells

Depending on hair type a leave in conditioner works best. My hair gets crazy and I was using coconut oil for a bit but it’s kinda greasy esp in warm weather.

Using a coconut milk/honey leave in conditioner now that keeps it soft but doesn’t feel like anything is in it. Don’t pull at hair if it’s curly like mine.

Also don’t blow dry without either an expensive blow dryer or using heat protection

Since letting my hair air dry with the conditioner after wringing the water out it’s been 100x softer than when I was fukking it up.

I've been using it for about 5 years now but I never used it for dandruff. If you use too much it looks greasy but if you use just a small amount it works and doesn't look or feel greasy. I tried a chitload of different shampoos and conditioners and they were all crap.

Honestly depends on your hair quality and how sweaty/oily you naturally are.

I'm part of Misc Hair Donation Crew and have been going through the grow-cut/donate-regrow cycle for ~15 years, with maximum hair length right before donations being down to my lower back.

What works best for me, personally, is washing my hair every other day (plus after every gym session, very active/outside day, etc.), and the "products" I use to wash it is a mixture of anice(but not excellent or overly expensive) shampoo/conditioner combination, mixed with asmallamount of soap used at my scalp specifically.

Really you have two options, OP. Either you can care enough to try different things and find what works best for you, or you can say 'fukk it' and just not care. Hair and scalp characteristics (as well as environmental factors) are unique to everyone, so everyone has a different 'perfect' hair regimen.

I rarely use a hair dryer. Usually I just style it with a towel and then let it dry on its own

I've never used a conditioner before. Dont even know what it does. To me its just a product that I sometimes see in stores other peoples bathrooms. Maybe its time to check that out

Don't dry your hair with a towel, will seriously ruin it's aesthetic-ness over time

My long hair drys the fuk out of my scalp. I use head and shoulders once a week (sometimes twice a week when the weather is cold) and my hair is soft & silky no homo.

I have naturally curly hair so hair aesthetics thru the roof. Always let my hair air dry naturally

No shampoo is a real thing that works great.

Just wash it when you shower with water and nothing else. I quit shampoo years ago and hair has never been better, especially when it was longer.

It wont be all greasy looking, it will be fuller, softer and easy to manage.

I use actual shampoo maybe 2-3 times a year now if that.

Try it for a month, srs. It takes about that long to notice any change at all. Worst case go back to your old routine after that test period. I am willing to bet you will be sold on it like I was.

I always thought it was some sorta troll broscience like no pillow.

Might try for a while but I really dont think water alone can clean the hair

Women don’t shampoo every day, they might use dry shampoo or something like that, as well as leave in conditioners and ****.

So you shampoo to clean your hair which removes oils and causes dandruff and then you use conditioner to re-oil your hair so it's not all dried out looking. Makes sense.

Nah, serious. My hair does not look oily unless I go a few days without getting it all wet. Occasionally I also agitate my hair like I was shampooing....but it's just water.
