Again as I said, 80%+ has been collected in the past. the data still showed the same trends. do you think it is magically different if those other cities were to be included? where's your rationale for that? Saying its incomplete is an easy way to get yourself out of having to provide an explanation.
Sampling in the real world rarely includes 100% of the population. That's why it's called sampling. Most data from any sort of research in your eyes would be "inaccurate and incomplete".

Bear in mind that African Americans are 13% of the population. But only half are men, and only half of them are between 18-39. So only 3% of the population commits 64% of the murders. I made this post last year and the stat was barely over 50% IIRC...lmao. Clearly the culture of urban youth is intentionally destructive. I think its largely environment, but not really economically related so much as propaganda related. Media 100% type casted black people into the ghetto stereotype since the 80s.
Its also likely that people who have not developed a certain type of civilization for themselves will not thrive in it. That's why democracies fail when we instate them, its why tribal people cannot thrive in corporate societies.
In a lot of ways, tribal people are focused on family and community in much more positive ways that anglo culture. It would be good to integrate that, but corps aren't having it.
