Not really much tbh

Your body will try to regulate by burning a lot of it. Yeah it won’t burn it all but most of the weight you’ll notice the next day will be water weight. 2-3 days later I bet you’ll be right back at the same weight you started.

If you continue the habit though that’s when you become a fatty. Body can’t keep revving up your metabolism to burn it and it gives up and stores it like the fatty that you are
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Nuclear winter is coming. Better store as much fat on your body as possible while you can bruh. You’ll either survive longer than most or get picked off and eaten, ded fuggin srs.

To be honest probably not that much.

1kg fat is about 7,700 calories which is about 13 Big Macs.

So even if you stuffed your face all night long, you probably unlikely to gain more than 2kg fat, absolute maximum. You'll gain more in fluid weight though (which your body will excrete thru urine over the next few days).

It's the long term cumulative effect that is more important. If you are overeating daily.

This is also why it's so hard to lose fat, once you're already obese: because it's a long long time of living in a calorie deficit to actually burn any significant amount of fat.

This. The problem with binge eating is that your body gets hungry at that time of night because it expects food and then you also crave salt and sugar because they both give you a dopamine high.

What I do if I start binge eating is I just throw away the food in the outside garbage bin.

One night? No.

I'm cutting right now, but still do a decent binge per week that is a cheat day. Usually feel pretty chitty the next day but don't end up gaining a lot of weight.

Invest in Metamucil and Protein Powder. It does wonders for late night cravings/hunger. (Ded fkn Srs)

I have protein powder but do you drink both separately? I can't imagine combining the two.

I have sugar-free Jellow in the fridge but it does nothing for hunger.

Cheese sticks help as they have moar protein. So does Rice Chex with high protein Silk cashew and almond milk if nothing else works.
