I saw an article on the Dutch state propaganda news today that Russia stated they are willing to negotiate and have tried many times but the USA is sabotaging it by rallying on Ukraine into more warfare and providing them support. Dutch news is biased but I don't often see them just straight up lie about stuff, just twist things a lil here and there.

Sure they have offered it previously. I'd hoped they would realize the peril they were in and come to senses. We're way past that and I figured there would be an ultimatum. Once you commit to this level it's offer is almost ridiculous at this point.

Current doctrine calls for arms to be in excess of two simultaneous war efforts. Our budget is ridiculous but we probably need a swift replenishing of depleted equipment. Something we can make up relatively quickly.

We're also using the opportunity to replace older donated equipment with more modern application. Javelin is a decent example. Though used for anti tank purposes originally, we used the device for barricade/bunker attack. Replacing the warhead to match the application is underway

While the FGM-148F is the latest warhead for Javelin, it's just an evolution of the missile. F is for light armor / personnel, things the SEEKER can seek.

Seeker is infrared. It's a heat signature uploaded to the missile prior to firing. It locked onto something there.....group of people...engine....

A bunker has no heat sig. Neither does a barricade. M141 for that.
