5mg of EV a week but I just bumped it up to 10mg

I also inject every 5-6 days because I can feel my levels drop

Imo 350 miles per week is more than enough, you're still at 7+ times more miles than a regular cyclist

I think most guys who are taking dosages like that are really taking watered down street crap. Ive only been on a TRT dosage of 150mg/week. I couldn't even imagine what 200mg would do. I probably would fap 6-8 times a day on 350+. (Ded fkn Srs)

Just do 500mg and test your natty levels after youre done. I doubt it’s too much. 500mg is a normal dose to blast. PCT after a week of stopping depending on how your levels adjusted.

If you’re prone to balding though I’d take a anti androgen like fin. The dose you’d need to prevent it wouldn’t be high enough to have an affect on gains.
