I still don't get what the big deal is. You must seriously believe the vaccines are unsafe. Otherwise, you wouldn't sit here harping on it for this long. The thing is billions have taken them. So unless we see a bunch of people drop like flies, you're all being hysterical. Anyway, nobody is actually making you take them. There are ways to get around requirements for work etc. You could just get a card and fraud that you have it. People don't hate antivaxers because of their decision. They hate you guys because you're pigheaded and in denial. This whole thing has been a great litmus test. But at the end of the day, nobody can force you to do anything. Go play in traffic. Who cares?

I don't regret getting my shots at all.

It shouldn't. But they made it a thing. The efficacy is not dubious. Anyway, we should have seen that China couldn't force vaccines on its people so we sure as chit couldn't. That being said, how many would have gotten them without mandates? Mandates usually convince a decent number to get them.

Yeah it is kind of fascist in that it is a collectivist consequentialist principle. It is unamerican. True. The American way would be to let everyone take it or leave it and let it be their decision.

That being said, this was an emergency, and it really reveals how fuking Karen our people are. In fact, if I were NK or Iran, I'd be balls deep in a bio weapons program rn, knowing I'd be able to handle it better than the free societies would.

You are not required to get any prior vaccines to get bivalent. Bivalent includes the original formula as well. They will be discontinuing the original doses and just offering bivalent now.
