I mean, have you considered stop taking the thing that is giving you heart palpitations? Call me crazy, but i think it might be an option

Did you consult a physician before taking it like the container, and all supplement containers suggest you do?

How do you people get "side effects" from creatine?

I had someone tell me it made their hair fall out. It's literally absorbed into the cells in your body maximize ATP production. It's not a hormone. If you're getting weird side effects, check the source of where the creatine is coming from. I can highly guarantee it's cheap sh!T that's not even real creatine from China. Take and only take creapure products, that originate from Germany. (Ded fkn Srs)

What was in with it? If it was some wanky pre-workout with nitric oxide or other crap in it, it may well be the other stuff and not the creatine in it.

As others said they're unregulated, it likely had other food products in it due to being made in the same factories

A lot of people have very mild allergic reactions to common foods that can cause palpitations, sodium/spicy are a big one for it

You're fine, just switch brands

Good point I just saw he's slightly dehydrated, the creatine will make that worse

Could very well be that simple too
