Juris Doctorate Lawyer Wrecked by 9/10 Judge

This was the guy who was inside of the assault style SUV which killed and injured a bunch of people while he was innocently sitting in the driver’s seat.

Yeah it was a bit weak, but this guy doesn’t seem to show any remorse at all.

It bothers the chit out of me. Let's say I purchase a car part, or a gun that's perfectly legal. Then overnight it's illegal.

So I'm driving down the street and get pulled over for not signaling or whatever, and cop finds illegal part on my car

Or I'm at the range and someone calls the cops because I have illegal gun xyz.

Let's say I have a life, and don't live on car or gun forums on the interwebz. So I legit don't know something is now illegal.

How fukked is that?

Or, am I missing the context in which she was stating that?

You cannot seriously be comparing an aftermarket car part that was made illegal to a dude who killed 6 people and seems to be representing himself right?

Either way in both scenarios ignorance of the law is not a defense.

Your low IQ question implies comparison. I answer your question. YES, ignorance of the law is not a f0cking defense. If it was what stops anyone to claim ignorance to avoid consequences.

Tell the cop you didn't see the stop sign or speed limit sign the next time you get pulled over, and see how it works out for you.
