URGENT advice require from rentcels

To achieve financial freedom

I know you’re supposed to invest the difference between your rental payment and the amount you would have paid for a mortgage

However I never rented (so that’s zero)

And now my mortgage is long since paid off (so that’s zero)

Wut do?

I was in the same situation and sold my paid off house to rent and buy back in for cash next year after a market decline.

The ideal situation would be having a house or two you purchased a couple of years ago with mortgages you refinanced last year under 3%.

So I take my mortgage, and subtract that from the amount my tenants pay, and if I were renting instead of owning, I would invest the difference, Makes sense when spoken, but the math doesn't add up, my mortgage is $1400, and If I were to have rented instead of bought, I would be paying $2200, which is what my tenant is paying. So $1400-$2200=-$800. How would I invest negative money? I must be doing something wrong.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

A more perfect reply could not exist lol.

But to answer OP's question, I suppose you can go invest in yourself and learn something of value that will actually benefit the community, but then again if most slumlordmaxxers weren't brain-dead equivalents of ticket scalpers, I suppose they would have gone that route to begin with. Limited options are limited.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

It was an amazing day in Sydney today. This loser inside in his surburban chithole where no one wants to live and is posting on a gay dying Indian bodybuilding forum.

Mate you are a loser. You probably make six figs like everyone in Australia. People who have money don’t act like you.

Lol no

Tradies here make $200k starting and have been doing so since they “graduated” at age 20

And of course deduct just about every expense on tax

Meanwhile “professionals” do a double degree, grad dip, professional year and hope to get into a good firm to start grinding at age:27

I should have picked up a trade tbh

Anyway that is well off-topic

Us Lords of the Land have clearly beaten the rentcels into submission.

In my thread one rentcel was praying for government intervention to seize rental properties - these hammer and sickle failures resemble lunacy.

You are a boring middle class loser that’s all, with some incel minions, and it hurts you that you have been found out.

The saddest thing is that he let a woman kill him. I would have dropped kicked her out of a window, had the cops come and arrest her and throw all her shyt out of the rental, and then I would have sent her a bill for the window.
