LMAO if you had ever had a mortgage you'd know that unlike your rent, it's not always on the 1st of the month, it's usually the day your closing date was or some other date usually towards the middle of the month so you have plenty of time to get your money from your rentcell because sometimes they are late because they make other stupid financial decisions as well as renting.

When you lose your job in the upcoming recession you are on the hook for entire house(500k plus).

When rentcells lose their job they can pay remaining few months rent and walk away.

Assuming you all have entire homes value saved away in case that happens? Right?

Otherwise you have to sell in a recession at 10% rates.....brootal.
