I mean there’s definitely reason to be skeptical of websites that make $$$ by publishing data like these and have incentive to do certain things, push certain angles, etc to make more $$$

Sites like Zillow should be taken with a grain of salt in a similar vein

When all the rentcucks are at festibles such as commiccon, dragoncon, potfest, ect, us Landchads get together and note that if they have enough money for those things they have enough for rent. My unit I supply a SmartFrige and can tell how much food is in the unit and if it's fully stocked I know there is room for more rental payments. When I turned on the camera, it was one thing when I saw milk and cheese, but when I saw premium ground beef that wasn't even close to expiration I knew she was getting over on me. Finally had to go in and you know, check the furnace filters, I went into the bathroom to "inspect the vents" and I'll be damned, 2 PLY TOILET PAPER! She's ballin' over here, basically robbing me, so I've raised her rent 20%.
