It's neither, it's 3 workouts 1 week and 4 another

Are you retarded?

That’s 4.

3 per week would be every other day with no more than 2 consecutive days off within 7 consecutive days instead of 4 total workouts per consecutive 7 days (for other variants rather than on/off).

You could haven written this down and counted for yourself.

How old are you?

Edit:

Your weeks would be 3, 4, 3, 4 if it’s the same days of on and off every week.

1 week = 7 days.

1 on 1 off = 50% workout rate.

50% of 7 = 3.5 days.

Some weeks are 4 days, some weeks are 3 days, this is because we look at weeks composed of 7 whole days, an odd number and not fractional.

LMAO there was a famous thread about this years ago. Is that what this is in reference to, or are you independently mathphobic?

Btw the answer is 3.5x weekly.

How can you have half a workout?

The week starts on Monday and ends on Tuesday, so that's 4 workouts

You don’t.

Because you start with ON and the number of days per week is odd, you would start the following week with OFF on the same day.

Some weeks would be 3 and some would be 4.

If you push yourself more it’s 2 half workouts on the 4th workout day per week and therefore 4 workouts per week with an extra day on leap years.

Edit:
Earth is flat. Nevermind.
