I hope I quelled your concern about the literal fattest group of ppl on earth (American women) being too thin. American women are the fattest group of ppl on planet earth. Don't worry about them not eating enough.
I know you're a troll but you haven't lived with anorexics for 3 months as I have, or years in another case. You shouldn't encourage people do be unhealthy in either way.

**You're wrong about social/political correctness. Almost every teen girl I know is stick thin and wears crop tops and short shorts. They have to diet hard in order to look like that, with the exception of a few who have high metabolisms. Social media puts even more pressure on them to be thin.**

0 isn't the correct number in terms of people who die from being underweight. Many anorexics die from suicide so it isn't tracked as being underweight.

Anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any mental disorder:

https://www.eatingdisorderhope.com/i...xia-death-rate

"Anorexia is a deadly disease. In fact, experts suggest it’s one of the most dangerous illnesses that can impact men and women.

Up to 10% of people with anorexia die within about 10 years of getting the disease, and up to 20% will die after 20 years.[1]

Early deaths can be blamed on the following:

Heart issues
Endocrine disorders
Gastrointestinal disease
Refeeding syndrome
Suicide"

Now binge eating disorder is also considered an eating disorder, an obviously the US has a greater problem here. I've cycled from bulimia to anorexia to binge eating disorder and back to bulimia and binge eating, and then compulsive overeating. Now I'm in OA to help with the binging and overeating and so far it's kept me in check for 2.5 weeks. It also helped to add a medication so I'm not so hungry late at night.

Okay, so teach the people who are anorexic, to not be anorexic and teach them about proper health/weight. I’m also against people being anorexic. Why should we encourage people to not be under weight when less than 2% of the population is underweight and there are few recorded deaths of under weight people.

Less than 2% of Americans are underweight and almost no Americans die of being underweight. I can’t find a single stat online of the number of Americans who die of starvation . One the other hand , over 280,000 Americans die of obesity a year.

American women are the fattest group of people on planet earth. Stop worrying about some teens being too skinny and worry about the 280,000 + Americans who die of obesity every year.

I agree than anorexia is bad, but we should treat on an individual based. Obesity needs to be treated on a group setting.

Actually agree with Dustin in this one.

Had eating disorders myself back in the day, at my most extreme I went three weeks living on nothing but black coffee and water.

Then years later my own daughter followed in my footsteps, and seeing how thin she was, at the same height/weight I'd been, it'd was scary. She looked like a blonde Auschwitz refugee. And if you tried to make her eat, she just threw it up after. Same as I'd done at her age.

I agree, obesity is gross and far too commonly accepted. But it's far better to focus on health. That also means not sugar coating the fact that it's not healthy to be fat.

As for chitting, I suppose you're not aware but most anorexics abuse laxatives so they definitely do chit. Sorry to disappoint.
