Is it bad to train biceps after back exercises?

I typically do pullups/pulldowns, rows, and then hit biceps exercise.

I’m started to rethink this strategy because when I get to the direct bicep work, I feel my biceps are already pumped and so I’m unable to really feel my biceps working and burning when doing curls.

I've done some curls after pull ups sets & generally felt OK, but sometimes it feels a bit too intense, like bicep is going to pull or cramp or something.

Not much of a curler, just do a couple sets whenever the spirit moves me, so probably not the best person to respond.

no this is how you should do it

use your arms less on your back exercises if you think that is interfering with your bicep workouts right after. Your biceps should not be that fatigued or you are using them too much on back pulls.

When I train upper body I don't like doing all pull or all push movements.

When I do a split...

Chest/bis
Back/tris

You get the idea...just my preference.

I do biceps first and then pullups.

My routine is:

Chest
Arms
shoulders
triceps

then

Pullups.

I like my shoulders and arms to be really warmed up for pullups because I have pulled muscles doing them cold.

I do 50 pullups
50 chinups.

The chinups really max out my biceps by the time I'm done.

I do the same OP, I don't see anything negative and still get a pump and burn.
