Girlfriend of suspected astronaut murders firefighter and no charges filed

Dindu gets in an argument with store clerk and firefighter over lack of blunt wraps in the store (srs)

Threatens firefighter

Goes to his car to get gun

Comes back to store with gun and promptly starts to get his ass whooped

Girlfriend picks up gun and shoots firefighter

Dindu is a convicted felon who should never had a gun in the first place (obviously)

Girlfriend gets off Scott free

No this isn't the same because the firefighter was going to be in danger if he let the guy go. Remember, she's using the felon's gun.

Exactly. I’m sorry but if you threaten someone and come back with a gun, that person has every right to take your head off

Let’s say the guy succeeded in choking him to death instead of just restraining him, no judge or prosecutor is going to be able to convict him for what is obviously self defense. If he let the perp go, there is a very real risk he tries to shoot him again

The only reason the woman and her twink boyfriend aren’t in jail is because of the woke prosecutor

You can’t shoot someone for defending themselves

Feel bad for the firefighter. He was the good person, but he should have been the better person and had his own gun to waste the felon.
Perfect example here of why the MMA guys are dumb for not also carrying a gun
