The cope thinking he'll find a decent wife is even bigger than the reproducing cope. I don't think waiting to have kids at 35 is a mistake. But he should already have been with a girl for a significant amount of time prior to doing so.

Apparently at 35 OP is delusional enough to think he's going to find a 20 year good girl wife he is completely in love with him and wants to spend the rest of their lives together AND also have children with this girl within the next 2-3 years before he hits 40.

Imagine having kids with a woman after only knowing her for a few years and thinking that will end well.

The only way to get that lifestyle is start young. Meet them in college around 19-20 years old. Date for a few years until you graduate. Move in together after getting jobs between 22-25 years old. Marry around 25-27. Have kids between 32-35.

That's how it should be done if you think you're going to have the lifestyle of a loving wife and family. Yeah there's some wiggle room for variance in that timeline. But what you can't do is f*ck around until you're 35 and then think you can magically have a 20 year old girl who wants to start a life with you. You've missed the entry point way too long ago for that to happen.

OP is coping if he thinks he can have this. Whatever marriage he does end up with will be a shell of the ideal vision of marriage. No matter what he tries to do that will be the truth of it.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

This mindset is why so many European and Asian men are pussies..They're raised by women.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Just got married 2 months ago at 36

If I lived 100 times I'd wait to 35+ for this over and over again, might even wait longer.

Single 30s is an absolute blast.

If you got lucky, you could buy with no money down...sell at huge profit, then snag a much better house after the market crashed. So many newly renovated houses with big lots had to reduce because of the crash, and the luckies had the cash ready for simply walking into their first house.

Waiting has risks, as well. Could miss really good opportunities that you won't find again.

Both in relationships and financial matters.

Cope is thinking either way is the correct way. There is no blueprint for marriage anymore.

Brb starting young, handicapping yourself severely financially and physically in your 20s, only for you to be one more statistic sample, divorced late 20s/early 30s and you basically have to start from scratch, with tons of emotional baggage, child support to pay, and little time to react.

If you wait till your early 30s, at least you have some form of leverage, you have more options, you are wiser, etc. Assuming you spent your 20s wisely of course, and not just miscing and lifting while being an starbucks manager

If you're not doing that around those ages it's over. Yeah those guys might not spend as much time in the gym and may not end up as jacked. They also might not spend as much time trying to make it financially and end up with less money. But instead they'll use that extra time to build a strong relationship with a quality girl and create a life together.

OP is feeding misc the same narrative society is feeding women right now. To be a strong independent women who don't need no man. The one stupid enough to believe that and focus so heavily on career and themselves while ignoring putting in the effort to a real relationship are going to regret it. You can't spend 15 years doing what OP says neglecting that aspect of life then think it will fall into your lap at age 35 just because you're now ready for it.
The answer, as always, is somewhere in the middle. I'd imagine being a 45 year-old who has never been married, has no kids, etc. would be lonely AF. That said, I don't think getting married and having kids is the GOAT lifestyle you make it out to be either.

Brb, working a miserable job you hate because you have to pay for wife/kids
Brb, wife nags and bitches at you when you get home after already dealing with work bullchit
Brb, kids love you until they become teenagers and then start listening to Tik-Tok and their peers over you
Brb, 50% of relationships end up in divorce anyway
Brb, could get a really cool job abroad or have the ability to do international business but can't because of da wife and kids

The fact is there's no perfect solution and a lot of life is just learning to be happy with what you have any really taking in those brief moments of happiness.

lmao. So many bad points.

- marriages are a political contract first and foremost. Therefore, a younger female marrying an older male in his 30's/40's is the best contract you can get.
- many people have kids within knowing the other person for just a year. They are called degenerates. Or, it can be very carefully/skillfully planned by an older father.
- same age relationships/marriages is a recipe for disaster and is a cause of high divorce rates. Its the blind leading the blind.
- males can continue to have kids well into their 60's.
- there are so many young females out there looking to wifed up and housewifed, as that's the most ideal situation for a female. Only a middle aged man can provide that life for their spouse.

Also, the idea that a 35 year old man cant possibly be attractive to young women is incredibly ridiculous to me. Especially a ripped and wealthy dude like Southbeast. If he isnt attractive at 35 with those traits, he wasnt attractive at 25, no way in hell. Thinking he would have done so much better at 25 with women is laughable to me.

basically yeah, it’s true, some people want children, but maybe some people just want to document what they see, such as being a writer or painter, and so your works will be your children, you don’t have to have kids to have a legacy, Michelangelo was once asked why he’s not married with kids, and he replied my paintings are my kids and they will outlive your kids.

It would kinda suck to just jump from one ass to another and then die, it would be nice to leave some kind of a legacy, so that you’re not forgotten, for some people it’s kids, for some people maybe it can be some other positive contribution or a difference you make in the world.

Passive is definitely a virtue. But's its best when paired with humbleness.

- who was hoarding toilet paper? Who was sitting back, buying only a pack of TP, not jumping on the bandwagon?
- who supported Ukraine and jumped to conclusions?
- who lost their virginity in HS and now regret it?
- who got married too early with the wrong person and will now have the title of divorce to their name?
- who had kids too early?
- who stole land and now have their entire race paying the price?
- who invested too much into crypto too quick without doing research?
- who speeds off at the green light only to meet another red light moments later?
- who spent thousands on student debt for college?

Being born a middle child, we are greatly passive. We have front row seats to see the mistakes of the eldest and the youngest.

So to say being passive(moving slow) is not a virtue is one of the dumbest things I've read on the misc. And I've read alot of dumb things here. Some of the most brightest and breakthrough science has come from people who moved very slow.

Most people who are successful these days, including the chaddiest of chads, aren't settling down until their 30s. Close friend of mine is 33 and started a VC firm this year, dude is on nonsense916 level of looks but he has insane charisma. He could land any girl he wants but he isnt focused on it.

Few successful men in top tier indistries are calling it quits settling for middle management jobs and buying a $500k home in the suburbs. They're waiting until they hit a lofty peak in their career and then settling.

This is the ACTUAL path a man is supposed to take. Women are the ones expected to settle young because 90% of their value is in their looks.

As for this talk about reduced sperm quality.. not sure if fukking srs. Men dont have to worry about that chit.
My dad is fkn 60 is his gf is 33. Lol. Tbh he had a ton of younger gfs in his 40's.

BUT, there may be differences in culture. In Asian cultures, women marry men who are older. In the US, they don't have that kind of culture and the parents don't really teach their kids marriage virtues.
