I worked in a bank for many years,

And let me tell you, the tip we made from desperate homecels was truly outstanding. I would get 10+ messages from homecels stressed as fawk I would increase their interest rate or foreclose their home so they would send me tips srs.

Like 50% of them give you a 10-20% tip on top of their mortgage, send you christmas cards etc.

Never seen that level of cuckery before dead fk srs.

Bank can't raise the rent, cut off your electricity, or give you a 30 day eviction notice as if you were some smelly Tennant.

That land is yours. Bank can only sue for it if you default, and even if you had to default for some reason all they get is the property. And you could live there rent free for years before it works its way through the courts, even with no covid.
