How many times did your friend do DMT before getting tinnitus? When I was in my teen I took ecstacy for the first time and developed tinnitus for a long time. Probably lasted like 6 months.

I did it in a hut in the Colombian jungle with a shaman kind of person, like 50 other people there and a bunch of dressed up indigenous people playing instruments. It was super intense but I'm sure if you'd try it in a regular home setting it would be completely different.
