You guys miring my 4k a month rental? Mortgage boyos on suicide watch.

Despite being a pure play rental property with apartments averaging 3k to 6k a month, we have some nice cars in this apartment complex! Overall I'm proud to be considered a part of this rental community.

Some highlights of the cars in my apartment parking lot (wouldnt be able to afford these cars if they were paying a mortgage obviously)

This is view outside my window. Very convenient to grab monsters/doritos/slim jims at the gas station!



When my ceiling looks like this, my landlord pays for it (not me!)

True ballers have multiple properties and likely a mix of mortgages and rentals, it doesn't even matter when your cash flow is that top tier

Not even a baller but I have two houses plus am renting an apartment halfway across the country

yeah these "lords" think they are hot stuff. i filed a complaint cuz the washing machine stunk, told him to run cleaner in it. he didnt cuz as a lord he doent like being told what to do... so i called teh rental board and filed complaint that the clothes washers were unsanitary. oh guess what 2 days later it was cleaned out - by him - JUST LOL
