Is everyone on something these days?
Idk what is going on but it seems like almost everyone is on some kind of prescription or stimulant these days. And i don't just mean an occasional smoke or cup of coffee. People never just act normal anymore. It's like everything has to be done in some extremely lazy or melodramatic manner. that i don't understand. I can see drinking some coffee in the morning or after work or whatever but it seems like people are on stuff constantly now.
Or maybe social media is causing overstimulation and withdrawals, who knows

Yes, everyone is on something, whatever that is. Even if you're waiting in your morning line for your overpriced sugar overloaded cofee, those people are drug addicts.

So foolish, it's like a type of brainwashing but surely people should know better????Seems like everyone is on some type of prescription for anxiety or depression...it's crazy.
I mean, those 2 you mentioned, literally everyone has it?? It's quite hard to quantify the extent of it or even if it exists within a person, but when clowns just stay indoors, have 0 hobbies, play on screens for 15+ hours a day which obviously means 0 social skills or interactions/experiences, can that weirdo really make that judgment call? May aswell ask someone in an asylum if he's not crazy.
Everyone is warm and cuddly about this bullcrap. Bunch of weaklings, doesn't matter if they're a mountain of muscle or a damn weed. A damn weed from the pre 2010 era was much more mentally strong/switched on than anyone in 2022.
Absolutely no one was like this in 2010. It was just common to move on and deal with whatever happens. People need to go outside/get off any form of technology and they'll notice a drastic change. (Honestly not sure if people are too far gone anyways)
It also sucks how nobody sees the world in the perfect way that I do. Pre 2010 everyone thought like me and the guy who made this thread. People are just unnecessary.
20 years ago people with anxiety/depression probably actually had it. In 2022 it's been reduced to an excuse and has been made a joke really.

Pretty much, yep.
99% of people are poisoning themselves one way or the other with meds, alcohol, drugs, and or technology addiction. Obviously its most common in the "western world", but its slowly taking over the entire planet.
Most of the "happy" people I know are strict religiously whether its Mormons/Muslims/Buddhists whatever doesn't matter but the values they hold prevent allot of the degeneracy mentioned above.

Yea I personally only have 3 people close to me who I know aren't on chit. 2 of them were in AA, plus they still vape/smoke cigs & drink coffee/energy drinks nonstop, so they technically might not count. The other is extremely career-oriented & spiritually minded, but she's an exception.
The promise of drugs, both prescription and street drugs, is just too alluring. Throw in the fact that they're more readily available (and even more encouraged) than ever, and it makes sense people are on everything now.

Literally nobody i knew was on a drug or looking at screens 11 years ago in 2011. I could go anywhere and people were either busy working, socializing or doing their hobbies. I can probably name 100 hobbies from back then. Idk what happened but it all disappeared.
Literally i don't even recall any of my friends smoking or drinking sodas back then. Maybe a few sodas per month or something was it. Wasn't 2 monsters every day or whatever people drink now.

I just typed in this and apparently, this is what people are searching for LOL? (Was going to search about some clubland cd)

LOL.
What happened to buying car parts or books and just regular stuff? Why are people so unstable? (Acting unstable)
Everyone try it, I'm in UK but that is crazy.

I quit the drink, not doing any drugs either
Even got off the caffeine and find it gives me more focus and energy
No prescription drugs or illnesses to manage, thanks in large part to physical fitness
Am absolutely broke af though lol so who cares, people associate discipline with material success
At least I have my health and my peace of mind

I bet only 5% of the people taking Antidepressants actually need it. The rest have no idea what real depression is or feels like. Or some that experience it for 1 day are so quick to turn to meds instead of changing their lifestyle

Quit drinking and gave up a lot of junk food though. I do chew skoal tho.
Prolly can give up the Zoloft since I quit drinking. Booze makes my anxiety go through the roof, but I was also a functioning alcoholic.
