i like how everyone always assumed roids, the truth is it is digestive issues likely from forcing calories. Most people assume that its the peds but its just that most people using peds are also pushing food or were for a long time at one point and fukked their digestion and likely have leaky gut, sibo, IBS, or some sort of digestive issue/gut dysbiosis going on causing abnormal bloating.

I have gone through period of this and then boom back to tiny waist, its always fixing digestion, NOTHING to do with GH or other peds

then why werent there many lifters with distended guts like that before GH/igf/othershiet became popular?

HGH gut makes sense with the changes to his face too, maybe that isn’t even surgery

Maybe he did smack his face and the HGH dosing made his jaw growth go crazy

maybe you guys are right, but guys from the early 90s were also fuking huge and bulked hard. why did it become so much more prevalent when the GH/slin/peptides came in? its not even just pros, even at gyms youll see guys who cant get their gut in check. seems odd for it just to be down to guys eating more now.... but idk.

I dontt know but I have something going on. Like my abs are just like that now. I think beer us playing a roll but idk. I even hurt in my guts. I take probiotics and everything tjough. I even had injured myself deadlufting because of it. I just stay so hungry

I’ll tell you what I think did it to me. They gave the new prohormones that are supposed to be safer so they bypass your liver abd absorb into your intestines to get into the blood stream. Well I tried one and I was getting major back pumps but I’d figured they would go away when I stopped but it didn’t. Then my guts get messed up from time to time. I think those things messed my intestines up

most is gut dysbiosis which is just an imbalance of bad to good bacteria in the gut, which means you need to get rid of the bad bacteria, either by antiobiotics which kills all the good bacteria too but is quick and effective, or theres a natural 1 month course people take including an elimination diet of the food that feeds the bad bacteria, it sucks but its how to fix it.

Bodybuilding diets and mass hypertrophy diets just usually overstress the digestive system now especially with the quality of food and quality of our digestive systems now vs Bodybuilders in the 90s who were genetic anomolies. It wasnt average joes with genetic potentials to be 200lbs forcing their body to 300lbs now, which causes the digestive issues.
