All over London UK now as well, when I was a kid 15-20 years ago they were near non existent now they are everywhere. They even have little communities. Nothing like I’ve seen of France, America though.

He wants them to receive vocational training. But I think Homeless people who are not compliant and just want room and free food should be institutionalized.

I am a big advocate for asylums being re-opened.

I went through a bout of Homelessness, so I'm not going to write them off wholesale as parasitic leeches.

I still have selective sympathy for people who are struggling on the street, such as kids kicked out of their house, or people who fled abusive situations and other very specific situations, but the ones wreaking havoc on the population and terrorize innocent bystanders can rot.

In NYC, last year or early winter this year, there were some frigid temperatures, I mean bitterly cold. A homeless man is sleeping on the bare ground. A Good Samaritan stops and puts a blanket over him, the homeless guy gets up and robs the guy. *sigh*
