Pelosi just had a DUI accident where he was with a 'male friend' that was hushed up. This is not new behavior for him.

What seems far more 'likely' to me is Pelosi got drunk while Nancy was away. Invited this guy over to party. Nancy was concerned because she either hadn't heard from him or because someone else who lived in the house told her that a strange man was over at 2 AM. Nancy called the police. Police came in the middle of a gay lovers quarrel. You do not have strange men or women over at 2 AM unless debauchery is going to happen.....usually involving sex drinking and/or drugs.

What happened after this incident is a coverup. And someone panicked and thought along with that it would be a good chance to blame a Republican.

The good thing is this story is unraveling faster than a 25 year old Christmas sweater. It tooK many weeks for the Smollet and hanging noose story to fall apart. This is already falling apart in 2 days.

I will be interested in seeing how in the end the Dems will spin this...because there is no stopping this story now...especially since that police body cam footage will have to be made public.

I think you're missing the point. He once was registered to the Green Party (not sure if he still is?) which is far left. But then he got caught up in far right conspiracies and appears to have turned violent. The guy was clearly an extremist... however, it sure seems that most recently he was aligned with more right wing conspiracy theories. Just a little odd how he got caught up in right wing conspiracy theories and went to attack the Democratic speaker of the house. Regardless, the guy was an overall extremist. Seemed to have started on the left and got converted to the right later on.

Those cameras would be different then. Obviously they wouldn't give people much closure because they are outside and can't see what's happening inside. But does the SS really have cameras like that? I thought they only protected the President and Vice President.

The websites that supposedly showed him being into right wing conspiracy theories have already been removed and were showed to be created a day after the incident.

So there is actually nothing that shows him to be right leaning at all. Meanwhile you have a 20 year history of him supporting leftist causes. Belonging to them. Living with hippie leftists.

Speaker, majority leaders, any senator or member of congress that has received threats etc.

Speaker comes right after VP in the order of succession. No way on earth does the SS not have cameras on that house. They may have also installed the locks etc as part of a security review of the building.

Even on the outside, they would show the glass being broken and settle whether somebody broke in or broke the glass from the inside (which is what it looks like from all the glass beingoutside).

Cameras would show the person who opened the door for the police (the currently unidentified 3rd party).

They would show whether the "attacker" was allowed in through the door .

The House sergeant at arms is creating a residential security program that will provide thousands of dollars to congressional lawmakers to help safeguard their homes.

The sergeant at arms sent a letter to members and staff on Monday announcing the residential security program, which is set to begin on Aug. 15, according to a Republican congressional aide with knowledge of the plans.

The initiative will pay for up to $10,000 worth of security system equipment and installation costs at House lawmakers’ personal residences. Eligible equipment includes motion sensors, video recorders, indoor and outdoor cameras and door locks.

The sergeant at arms, which serves as the chief law enforcement and protocol officer of the House, said the program is meant to bolster security for House members and their families.

“The Sergeant at Arms (SAA) will assume the cost of and oversee certain future residential security upgrades, maintenance, and monthly monitoring fees. This program will strengthen the security of Members of the House of Representatives and their families,” the sergeant at arms wrote in the letter announcing the initiative.

The officer also said the program cover fixed-rate monthly monitoring and maintenance fees up to $150 a month incurred by members.

So as well as being a politician, who is 3rd in the line of sucession, with secret service protection, the speaker is in charge of their own law enforcement agency.

Wild ass alternative theory: PP and Unnamed 3rd party were planning on hammering dude (literally and figuratively) inside his butthole and afterwards engaging in some sort of evil murder kink at the end. 3rd party could be a fixer there to dispose of the body afterwards (it's not like PP's old ass could've dragged out the body). Who's going to launch a full fledged campaign to find a random homeless druggy prostitute after he goes missing? If there is a reason to release the footage then yes, definitely those should be released. The main reason I would want this footage released is to understand how our taxpayer dollars went to secure the house with cameras, locks, security systems, etc (if this is 100% true?) and how all of the security completely failed. If this was secured by the SS then why weren't they there? Why did Pelosi have to alert the police instead of the SS? I'd like those questions answered... so for that reason yes. If the SS secured that house I would like answers as to how they failed and that footage could help answer those questions.
