Also they sell yogurt soda
Is that any good?

IDK might be good. Pasteurizing kefir is going to kill all of the good bacteria though.

rather than protein you decide to have fat and carbs, interesting, when the goal of working out is muscle PROTEIN synthesis and it needs protein.

It’s more like labneh which is a strained yogurt and the difference is negligible.

I am the typical American brah with dominating Spanish and Italian background.

My wife is arab and latina mixed. So we have a broad palate.

]your post is called "rate my" I come in and say its horrible because literally the point of a post workout meal is to shuttle in protein ASAP which means have high protein and high GI carbs that raise insulin

having fat will keep insulin from spiking, its a totally unnecesaary macronutrient post workout, and it coupled with sugary carbs will signal fat storage.

So yeah, i don't need to chill actually. You just have a ****ty post workout meal.

I swear Jestbrah always cracks me up, take a breather dude, if he wants to stay skinny fat that's his choice, aslong as he doesn't complain about it that's all that matters.
