Not sure most people would agree with that at all. In fact people who are successful in sales are probably generally on the opposite side, just lacking the self awareness to realize.

all bigger /stronger lifters have to realize we have an eating disorder if we werent lifting so much and if you stop lifting, it IS an eating disorder unless you change how you eat too or pick another high demand hobby.
Not saying thats the case for him, he may just be enjoying life and happy. But to the comments how someone gains weight after being in shape so long, this is why it is common. The hunger hormones and bad habits developed during the higher calorie eating dont just disappear when you stop lifting.

I remember his quitting drinking thread, how he would go to BWW for 4 tall ones every day after work and that was the beginning of his night of drinking.

Then he quit cold turkey IIRC and just threw all his pain, aggression, weakness, faults etc into a loaded barbell.

Turned a disease into a discipline and currently wrecks everyone that he competes against.

I agree he could be a top tier jackass when he was on the sauce, but I have nothing but respect for the way he admitted his problem and turned it all into gym rage.

Guy is cooler than the other side of my pillow IMO.
